A new supportive service that allows the beneficiary to object to the invoice issued with the automatic cancellation request or the cancellation request submitted by the beneficiary with the ability to specify the objected items and enter the reason for the objection and the ability to attach an attachment.

The application is sent to the Objections Review Committee, and the committee is given options (rejecting the application, accepting the application in part, accepting the application in full).

1) Identification of the applicant.
2) Specify the commercial registration or number 700.
3) Determine the trade license.
4) View the order invoice.
5) Determine the items of the objected invoice.
6) Enter the reason for the objection with each item.
7) Add an attachment with the reason for the objection (optional).
8) Determine the actual closing date for the activity (optional).
9) Save the objection request and send it to the municipality.

Service Level Agreement

1) Add an attachment with the objected invoice item (optional).
2) Adding an attachment to prove the actual date of activity cancellation (in case the actual activity closing date was entered).
3) Acknowledgment of the validity of the data entered.
